Let us know in advance if you need assistance between the arrivals hall and the vehicle, if you are travelling with a folding wheelchair, or if you need a vehicle with a lower step-in height. Assistance dogs travel with us at no extra cost. We can also arrange a chauffeur who speaks a second language where notice allows.

Late arrivals and overnight flights

London City operates within strict noise-controlled hours, so the last commercial arrivals land in the evening rather than overnight.
